Original Artwork
All sales of original paintings are final. Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of these creations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Digital Downloads
All digital download sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Cosmic expressions within 7 days of delivery at cosmicexpressions03@gmail.com . Kindly include photos of the damage or error, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue — whether by offering a replacement (if applicable) or finding a fair solution.
